Ayer, 16 de Nov 2017 me entregaron un cheque y eso porque tuve que cazar al dueño en la agencia. Su Contadora, me hizo dar vueltas y vueltas. Hablaba por teléfono y me decían que no estaba el encargado, solo lo encubrían. De plano, más allá de ganar un cliente potencial, lo perdieron. Esa no es la manera de tratar a un prospecto, solo porque decidí comprar en BMW. Pésima atención por parte del área de Contabilidad y de su mismo dueño. E	Eduardo De Los Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos coches pero el servicio va mas allá de pésimo, nunca contestan el teléfono (haz la prueba), siempre problemas con su facturación y trámites, tiempos de entrega de unidades, accesorios y refacciones fuera de lo prometido (hasta 3 meses de espera) y para hacer válida la garantía tienes que estar yendo a la agencia un sin fin de veces para ver el status (en mi caso tardo mes y medio). Sin duda una agencia que no entiende el concepto de marca premium! Si sabes lo que debe ser una marca premium este lugar te decepcionara!
