★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde hace 12 días pague una llanta y en la cotización decía que una vez pagado en 3 días tendría la llanta cosa que no cumplieron, me he comunicado con el gerente Rodrigo Pérez quien me ha dicho que me devuelve la llamada en dos horas y 12 días después siguen sin resolverme, hable al área de refacciones y me informaron que la persona que tomó mi pedido estaba de vacaciones y que investigarian.. Tampoco me han dado respuesta.
Terrible service, for 12 days I paid for a tire and in the quote it said that once paid in 3 days I would have the tire which they did not comply with, I have contacted the manager Rodrigo Pérez who has told me that he will call me back in two hours and 12 days later they still haven't resolved it, I spoke to the spare parts area and they informed me that the person who took my order was on vacation and that they would investigate. They haven't given me an answer either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice customer service! And my car was spotless when picked up!! The only problem is they refuse to FIX the problem of my car. They put a banfaid onand do not repair. This keeps you going bsck and paying more and more money to them.
Find another mechanic!!!!
