★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los carros son buenísimos, pero el servicio es pésimo, nunca contestan el telefono y se tardan muchisimo en entregarte el coche cuando lo dejas en el servicio, nunca te entregan el carro el mismo dia los sabados, muy mala experiencia en cuanto servicio postventa
The cars are great, but the service is terrible, they never answer the phone and they take a lot to deliver the car when you leave it in the service, they never give you the car the same day on Saturdays, very bad experience as soon after sales service

Customer service too poor. To schedule an appointment is too late since nobody answers the phone! I tried to communicate via WhatsApp to a phone they have and they never answered the messages. How sad that a premium agency has this kind of service ...
