★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en refacciones. Si no tienen la pieza, te ofrecen traerla de otra agencia. Si te urge tiene costo extra. De lo contrario tarda una semana en llegar.
Hasta ahí todo relativamente bien.
Te piden pagar por adelantado pero el problema es que no te pueden facturar hasta que llegue la pieza (ni una prefactura pueden hacer) y solo atinan a decirte que es por políticas de su empresa. Y si quieres; ya que te están haciendo un favor
Terrible service in spare parts. If they don't have the piece, they offer to bring it from another agency. If you need it, it has an extra cost. Otherwise it takes a week to arrive.
So far everything relatively well.
They ask you to pay in advance but the problem is that they cannot invoice you until the piece arrives (not even a pre-invoice can do) and they only manage to tell you that it is due to their company's policies. And if you want; since they are doing you a favor
