★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ya van 2 veces que envío ropa y no aceptan todo (incluso aunque algunas cosas van totalmente NUEVAS) y no me las devuelven la 1a vez no me importo TANTO xq no era tanta pero la segunda ocasión eran 18 prendas (varias nuevas sin uso disque manchadas según su “control de calidad” y que podría vender en otro lado) y ninguna de las 2 veces pedí donar si no de vuelta y moleste en múltiples ocasiones y nada de nada pésima atención al cliente
 It's already been 2 times that I send clothes and they don't accept everything (even though some things are totally NEW) and they don't return them to me the 1st time I don't care SO MUCH because it wasn't that much but the second time there were 18 clothes (several new unused dial stained according to their "quality control" and that they could sell elsewhere) and neither of the 2 times did I ask to donate if not back and bother multiple times and nothing at all terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente opción para adquirir ropa de marcas que tú ya conoces con un par de puestas y en excelente estado, prácticamente como nueva, ganamos todos por qué los precios son mucho mejores que precios de aparador, y tambien gana el planeta al reutilizar prendas que ya están fabricadas y generan un mínimo impacto al medio ambiente, vale muchísimo la pena darse una vuelta por acá antes de ir de shopping, es toda una experiencia de compra que no tiene comparación en nuestro país en cuanto a experiencia y servicio. También hay prendas nuevas con etiqueta pero puedes tener la seguridad que todo lo que compres ha sido revisado minuciosamente para garantizar que esté en condiciones impecables. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ha utilizado la plataforma en varias ocasiones, la primera vez, todavía tenían su política de envío de 24 horas en CDMX, y el pedido terminó llegando en 48. Ahora tienen su envío en 48 horas, y el día de hoy comentan que "van a hacer lo posible" porque el pedido llegue en tiempo y forma. Se les solicitó una garantía en tiempo real para la recepción de la compra, y por supuesto ya no respondieron.
Otro pedido más que se recibió hoy, es verdaderamente desagradable, muy mal.
Cómo es que supuestamente tienen políticas tan estrictas de limpieza y buen estado, si se envían artículos sucios y en condiciones deplorables. Hay demasiados puntos que mejorar. (Un ejemplo de lo que para ésta empresa es "usado como nuevo" ANEXO FOTOS)

Now they have their shipment in 48 hours, and today they comment that "they are going to do everything possible" because the order arrives in a timely manner. They were asked for a guarantee in real time for the receipt of the purchase, and of course they no longer responded.
Yet another order received today, it's really disgusting, very bad.
How is it that they supposedly have such strict policies of cleanliness and good repair, if items are sent dirty and in deplorable conditions. There are too many points to improve. (An example of what for this company is "used as new" ANNEX PHOTOS)
