★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, anteriormente pedi un producto del lugar de mi preferencia pero me llegaron con otro producto de baja calidad y caro.
Son tardados y las señoritas que te atienden cuando llaman parece que les pides fiado
Ojala el dueño contrate personal más calificado si de verdad quiere que su negocio siga.
 Terrible service, previously I asked for a product from the place of my preference but they came to me with another low-quality and expensive product.
They are late and the ladies who attend you when they call seem to ask for credit
Hopefully the owner hires more qualified personnel if he really wants his business to continue.

Hace dos horas pedí un envío de productos la chica que me atendió me dijo que si me entregarían mi pedido. Ya había pasado una hora y media y volví a marcar por que no podía llegar mi envío. La chica que me contestó me dijo que que era lo que había pedido y le conteste la lista que ya había pedido y que me dice que si quería volver a pedirlo por que mi envío no la habían realizado y le comente es que ya llevo una hora y media esperando y se la quito dicuendo; yo apenas vengo cambiando turno y no tengo conocimiento de su pedido, aparte hay muchos envíos.
En conclusión si no pueden o no se sienten capaces de poder atender pues no abran negocios que no puedan cumplir esto va para el dueño y sus empleados
Ojalá mejoren el servicio por que ya hay nuevas empresas que pueden hacer mejor su trabajo así que se preparen
It is poor and incompetent service
Two hours ago I asked for a shipment of products, the girl who attended me told me that if they would deliver my order. An hour and a half had already passed and I dialed again because my shipment could not arrive. The girl who answered me told me that it was what I had asked for and I answered the list that I had already asked for and that she tells me that if I wanted to order it again because my shipment had not been made and I told her that it has already been an hour and a half waiting and I take it off dicuendo; I have just been changing shift and I am not aware of your order, apart from there are many shipments.
In conclusion, if they cannot or do not feel capable of being able to attend, then do not open businesses that cannot fulfill this goes for the owner and his employees.
Hopefully they improve the service because there are already new companies that can do their job better so get ready
