★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRE es una inmobiliaria con poca experiencia, compré con ellos en preventa un departamento en el 2017, la entrega fue en marzo 2018 y el roof garden fue construido sin pendiente ni materiales adecuados, de tal forma que desde Julio 2018 hasta la fecha los departamentos inferiores al roof garden se encuentran sin techo y no habitables por las múltiples filtraciones que no son atendidas por la inmobiliaria. Las escaleras del edificio son vil cemento argumentando es el diseño del edificio. Actualmente y a un año de la entrega, desapareció la inmobiliaria, argumentando el período de vicios ocultos había terminado, no obstante muchos trabajos estan incompletos. Tienen pésimo servicio post venta, su equipo es prepotente, déspota y con poca experiencia. Absténganse de comprar con esta inmobiliaria a menos que quieran vivir sin techo o con múltiples vicios ocultos sin atender.
VRE is a real estate agency with little experience, I bought with them in pre-sale a department in 2017, the delivery was in March 2018 and the roof garden was built without slope or suitable materials, so that from July 2018 to date the lower departments to the roof garden they are without roof and not habitable by the multiple filtrations that are not attended by the real estate. The stairs of the building are vile cement arguing is the design of the building. Currently and one year after delivery, the real estate company disappeared, arguing the period of hidden defects had ended, however many jobs are incomplete. They have terrible post-sale service, their team is arrogant, despotic and with little experience. Abstain from buying with this real estate unless you want to live without a roof or with multiple hidden defects without attending.

Entregan edificios y departamentos a medio terminar y con un montón de vicios ocultos. Materiales baratos y de mala calidad.
VRE no tiene experiencia construyendo condominios. Son vendedores e inversionistas. Investiga antes de comprar, te ahorrarás pleitos y dinero.

VRE has no experience building condominiums. They are sellers and investors. Research before buying, you will save lawsuits and money.
