★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor error comprar ahi, los departamentos estan hechos con el peor material, con la primera lluvia se inundo el depa, las paredes se deformaron, por favor piensen dos veces antes de comprar en esta torre, no hay orden y es medio peligroso andar caminando por la noche a los vecinos ya los han asaltado.
Worst mistake to buy there, the apartments are made with the worst material, with the first rain the apartment flooded, the walls were deformed, please think twice before buying in this tower, there is no order and it is half dangerous to walk on the night the neighbors have already assaulted them.

Los departamentos estan en la ultima parte de Valle Oriente, el precio x M2 es 20% menor a costo a solo 1.5 KM mas adentrado en San Pedro. La calidad es buena, yo difiero con lo que dice Carlos Enrique Gomez, la torre esta alta en la montaña por lo que no hay posibilidad de inundaciones. A lo que comenta de que la colonia es peligrosa, es MENTIRA... Yo mismo camino TODOS los dias por esta colonia y es EXTREMADAMENTE segura, hubo una racha de asaltos a casa/habitacion por una banda centroamericana, pero fue en TODO San Pedro, con San Agustin y Campestre mas fuertemente afectadas
Good design, excellent views, good value for money.
The apartments are in the last part of Valle Oriente, the price x M2 is 20% lower than cost only 1.5 KM further into San Pedro. The quality is good, I differ with what Carlos Enrique Gomez says, the tower is high in the mountain so there is no possibility of flooding. To which he comments that the neighborhood is dangerous, it is a LIE ... I walk EVERY day through this neighborhood and it is EXTREMELY safe, there was a streak of assaults on the house / room by a Central American gang, but it was ALL over San Pedro , with San Agustin and Campestre more strongly affected
