★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasajes seran Varatos, pero le cobran asta el aire que respira. El systema en linea es MUY MUY CONFUSO. Le cobran MUCHO mas por sobre peso que por el pasaje. Si se pasa medio kilo - una libra le van a cobrar cuando menos otros 400 pesos. Si paga por llevar maleta dentro del Avion tiene que pagar extra con limite de 15 kilos, si la documenta 15 kilos 800 pesos o como 42 dolares, si son 15.5 doble el precio.
Si usted pesa mas de 80 kilos o 175 libras, o esta mas de 1m5 ba ir como sardina enlatada. Los acientos muy compactos.
Los vuelos siempre llenos, y el servicio dentro del Avion solo aceptan tarjeta de credito o debito. Y todo caro. No le dan a uno ni Agua. Todo caro.
Vuelos siempre salen tarde.
Si tiene otra opcion de vuelo, con otra aerolinea tomela. NUNCA VOLARE CON VIVA MAS. NO LA RECOMENDO PARA NADIE. Mejor me boy por autobus.

 The tickets will be cheap, but they charge you for the air you breathe. The online system is VERY VERY CONFUSING. They charge you MUCH more for overweight than for the ticket. If you go over half a kilo - a pound they will charge you at least another 400 pesos. If you pay to carry a suitcase inside the plane you have to pay extra with a limit of 15 kilos, if you document it 15 kilos 800 pesos or about 42 dollars, if it is 15.5 double the price.
If you weigh more than 80 kilos or 175 pounds, or are more than 1m5, go as a canned sardine. Very compact seats.
The flights are always full, and the service inside the plane only accepts credit or debit cards. And all expensive. They don't even give you water. All expensive.
Flights always leave late.
If you have another flight option, take it with another airline. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH VIVA MAS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE. I better go by bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is totally fraudulent what you pay online. In the end, the won't let you do a web check-in at least you pay your seats! That is not fair!
In the airport, they don't help you with anything and even when you arrive on time they don't have proper organization and you can miss your flights.
For sure I will never use this airline again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company Sucks .you pay what you get this one of the worst companies ever.i got at the airport at 755 and my flight towards Tuxtla was supposed to leave at 845 and I wasn't allow to board the plane.I wasted my money.I know others companies like American are still generous and still print you out a new ticket for the next flight.This happened to me at LAX.but in Mexico they worship money and don't give you a good Customer service.
