Si no saben tener animales ,no los tengan!
Y las personas tan indiferentes que le vale ,siguen llendo a ese lugar y no hacen nada
Literalmente tienen a los animales en la calle a la vista de todos ,como a nadie le importa verlos en esas condiciones tan deplorables
Esa no es calidad de vida!
