Llame a este servicio el cual me comento que ya venia en camino. Pasaron 4 horas y jamas llego,. Dejó de contestarme los mensajes y las llamdas me mandaban a buzon. No fue ni siquiera para avisar que no podia dar el servicio o que no llegaria. Estuvo esperando hai hasta que decidimos contratar otro servicio. Uno quiere apoyar lo de SMA de todo corazon ya que es nuestra gente y no es justo que traten asi a un cliente. The service is terrible, my wife stayed on the outskirts of San Miguel arriving from Queretaro around 11pm. He came by right away and had everything he needed on his truck to repair the tire. It seemed to take about 15 minutes. I was very impressed! If you ever have a flat tire I would highly recommend you call Juan.
