LLÉVENLO A OTRO LADO!!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW TO FIX ANYTHING, THEY WILL LEAVE THE CAR MUCH WORSE THAN YOU WERE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT WORKSHOP. TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SIDE !!!!!

C	Carlos Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con este taller fue muy mala. Fui a pedir un cambio de aceite y filtro para mi toyota. Al día siguiente me llamaron al celular para decirme que no podían quitar el tapón del filtro de aceite y me pidieron que fuera para que viera que realmente no podían quitarlo y no querían hacer nada hasta que yo lo viera. Cuando llegué al taller ya le habían cambiado el aceite a través del carter sin retirar el tapón del filtro, y obviamente, sin cambiar el filtro. Le cambiaron el aceite a mi carro pero no le cambiaron el filtro. Su excusa fue que ellos no pudieron quitar el tapón donde se encuentra el filtro. Me pidieron $1200 extra para quitar el tapón (rompiéndolo), comprar un nuevo tapón y colocar el filtro nuevo. Tuve que ir a la agencia de Toyota para que hicieran lo que esta gente no pudo hacer. Tengo dos teorías: 1. Los incompetentes cambiaron el aceite olvidando de cambiar el filtro y para no perder dinero me dijeron que necesitaban $1200 pesos extra porque al colocar el nuevo tapón y filtro se iba a derramar una parte del aceite, entonces iban a perder dinero. 2. No tienen la herramienta necesaria para quitar un simple tapón de aceite de Toyota. Si no pueden hacer un cambio de aceite correctamente dudo que tengan la capacidad de hacer reparaciones complejas. Piénsenlo dos veces antes de ir a ese taller, se ven de confianza porque están en muy buena zona, pero solo tienen la pinta de buenos, en realidad son pésimos. My experience with this workshop was very bad. I went to ask for an oil and filter change for my toyota. The next day they called me on my cell phone to tell me that they couldn't remove the oil filter cap and they asked me to come and see that they really couldn't remove it and they didn't want to do anything until I saw it. When I got to the workshop, they had already changed the oil through the sump without removing the filter cap, and obviously, without changing the filter. They changed the oil in my car but they didn't change the filter. Their excuse was that they could not remove the plug where the filter is located. They asked me an extra $ 1200 to remove the plug (break it), buy a new plug, and fit the new filter. I had to go to the Toyota agency to have them do what these people couldn't do. I have two theories: 1. The incompetent people changed the oil, forgetting to change the filter and in order not to lose money they told me that they needed an extra $ 1200 pesos because when they put the new plug and filter in place, some of the oil would spill, so they would lose money. 2. They don't have the necessary tool to remove a simple Toyota oil cap. If they can't do an oil change properly I doubt they have the ability to do complex repairs. Think twice before going to that workshop, they look trustworthy because they are in a very good area, but they only look good, they are actually terrible.

Llevé mi carro más de 4 veces para hacer válida la garantía y nunca pudieron arreglarlo y eso que me cobraron cerca de $9mil pesos más taxis y al final tuve que pagarle a otro mecánico para que solucionará el problema. Expensive, they don't deliver on time, they do a bad job. I took my car more than 4 times to validate the guarantee and they could never fix it, and they charged me about $ 9,000 pesos plus taxis and in the end I had to pay another mechanic to solve the problem.

La VW Campestre me queda mucho más lejos pero vale la pena. Excellent service. Very good personalized and professional attention.
