★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención deficiente, no tenían llaves de ninguna unidad para mostrar interiores. Como la marca es una garantía, parece que al concesionario no le interesa la atención al cliente.
Seguro hay más concesionarios con atención profesional y servicio de calidad.
Poor attention, they did not have keys of any unit to show interiors. Since the brand is a guarantee, it seems that the dealer is not interested in customer service.
Surely there are more dealers with professional care and quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi aito a revisión para in.presupuesto de reparación y me paso de todo.
1. El presupuesto fué verdaderamente alto $9,500 por cambio de bobina y suss cables y por lo mismo decidí no reparalo en la agencia.
2. Me cobraron por el diagnóstico $2,800 y tuve que pedir el diagnóstico porque no me lo estaban entregando.
Yo no sabía que el diagnóstico es conectar un aparato que lee la computadora y te dice cual fué el desperfecto que se presento por el testigo que se encendió en mi tablero.(duración para hacer el diagnóstico 10 minutos)
3. Resetearon la computadora sin haber realizado la reparación qiñue yo no autoricé, pero si mo lo repararon NO tenían porque haber borrado el diagnóstico menos mal que lo exigí por escrito de otra maner hubiera pagado $2,800 por ansolutamemte nada.
4. Lleve mi auto a un taller y por toda la reparación con refacción original y mano de obra me costó $3,500.
Esto es el 36% de lo que costaba en la agencia.
En verdad esto es un abuso.

I took my aito to review for a repair budget and everything happened to me.
1. The budget was really high $9,500 for changing the coil and its cables and for that reason I decided not to repair it at the agency.
2. They charged me $2,800 for the diagnosis and I had to ask for the diagnosis because they were not giving it to me.
I did not know that the diagnosis is to connect a device that reads the computer and tells you what was the fault that was presented by the warning light that came on on my dashboard. (duration to make the diagnosis 10 minutes)
3. They reset the computer without having made the repair that I did not authorize, but if they did not repair it, they did NOT have to erase the diagnosis thank goodness I demanded it in writing, otherwise I would have paid $2,800 for absolutely nothing.
4. I took my car to a shop and for all the repairs with original parts and labor it cost me $3,500.
This is 36% of what it cost at the agency.
Truly this is abuse.
