★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , esperar más de dos meses por refacciones para mí motocicleta y me traen a vuelta y vuelta al taller dándome fechas fantasma de entrega para que al final me digan que aún no llegan las piezas , que me habían cancelado los pedidos , actualmente sigo esperando la fecha de entrega, además el servicio de taller es pésimo , en una ocasión me dejaron manchados los plásticos de pintura blanca y no se hicieron responsables , en la segunda le rompieron uno de los plásticos laterales del tanque , y tampoco se hacen responsables.
Servicio pésimo a decir verdad, esperaba más de una marca reconocida pero tienen demaciadas fallas .
Terrible service, waiting more than two months for spare parts for my motorcycle and they bring me back and forth to the workshop giving me phantom delivery dates so that in the end they tell me that the parts have not yet arrived, that the orders had been canceled, I am currently still waiting the delivery date, in addition the workshop service is lousy, on one occasion they left me stained the white paint plastics and they were not responsible, on the second they broke one of the side plastics of the tank, and they are not responsible.
Terrible service to tell the truth, I expected more from a recognized brand but they have too many flaws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y una atención de primer nivel, desde el área de ventas, refacciones, área administrativa y sobre todo en taller, sin dejar de pasar por alto que el responsable, siempre que puede se presenta con los clientes poniéndose a sus ordenes personalmente. He comprado con ellos 6 motos y siempre es así la atención desde la primer moto y el primer día.
Excellent service and first-class attention, from the sales area, spare parts, administrative area and especially in the workshop, without forgetting that the person in charge, whenever possible, presents himself with the clients, putting himself at their orders personally. I have bought 6 bikes with them and the service is always like this from the first bike and the first day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se comprometen en las reparaciones además las personas encargadas de cada área desconocen sus labores yo compre una cargo 150 desde que la use empezó con muchos detalles en el primer servicio se reparo una parte en el segundo igual no quedaron los detalles reparados andemos que me entregaron mi moto incompleta y una factura que nomas de verla te da risa nos especifican que reparaciones se hicieron ni sus costos individuales
