 I loved the highlights and Wendy's cut, she was totally right with what she wanted. And also Araceli at the same time made me some beautiful nails. Very professional and detailed, I totally recommend this room right in the middle of Playa del Carmen ?.

Puis c’est un peu chère. mais les coiffeuses et coiffeurs sont très sympa.
Jolie resulted even though it wasn’t what I wanted.
Then it's a bit expensive. but the hairdressers and hairdressers are very nice.

Zellene, the girl who served me was the kindest. He did exactly what I asked and it was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the results. You can tell that they know what they do, they are super professional and I would always recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT experienced with blonde color. The stylist painted the bleach straight on root to tip resulting in a bright white band at my hairline and then darker shades farther from my scalp. Anyone who has watched a YouTube tutorial knows if you paint beach straight to the root the hair will process faster close to the skin because your skin warms the bleach and you get “hot roots” or a halo of lighter roots and uneven color. The stylist tried her best to fix it, I was in the chair for almost 4 hours and she kept slapping on more bleach. I would describe the final color as “cream corn”, very yellow and not an even color. It cost almost 100USD, for something that looks like it was done by someone who just started hair school. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment a few hours before and had the most amazing haircut and highlights of my life. I hadn't had my hair done for 5 months due to the pandemic and had parts of my hair missing due to a robbery and concussion. I feel so beautiful now. I have fine blonde hair and cannot recommend this salon more highly to other tourists or anyone in the area. The prices are reasonable and the service is world class. Muchas gracias, see you next time ????
