â â â â â TenĂa reservado un tour para el 12 de dic, no se juntaron las personas y me cancelaron el tour. Desde esa fecha no me han reembolsado el dinero. No soy la Ășnica, la Ășnica manera de obtener respuesta de su parte fue preguntando en un grupo que habĂan hecho cuando fui a un salto en paracaĂdas. Cabe mencionar que en esa ocasiĂłn todo estuvo bien, por eso volvĂ a confiar en ellos, pero esta vez no ha sido nada grata la experiencia.
I had a tour booked for Dec 12, people didn't get together and they canceled the tour. Since that date I have not been reimbursed the money. I am not the only one, the only way to get an answer from them was by asking in a group what they had done when I went parachute jump. It is worth mentioning that on that occasion everything was fine, so I trusted them again, but this time the experience has not been a pleasant one.

Ni siquiera fui yo quien cancelara y me hacen esperar un mes!!! tengo q estar insistiendo porque de ellos no son para llamarme y darme una explicaciĂłn.
Very bad experience. The first time I was hoping to go on a tour with them and they canceled a few hours before. I have been waiting for my refund since December 10th and I have no response. It wasn't even me who canceled and they make me wait a month !!! I have to be insisting because they are not to call me and give me an explanation.
