★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un articulo que quedo chico, en el ticket decía que podía hacer una devolución dentro de los 15 días siguientes, así que fuí a devolver el artículo y la gerente se negó a devolverme el dinero, le dije que para que le ponen en el ticket que se puede hacer devolución si no es cierto, me contestó que la devolución no es en efectivo que tengo que comprar otra cosa, que yo sepa eso se llama cambio, la devolución es por efectivo, pero ella insistió en no devolverme el dinero así que ahí le dejé su artículo ya que a mi no me sirve para nada y si no quieren devolverme el dinero quédense con el espero que les sirva mucho.
