★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda en general luce descuidada, en la entrada tienen el área de ropa; todo muy apretado casi amontonado y más adentro el resto de las áreas también descuidadas y desorganizadas.
Poca variedad de productos en comparación con otras sucursales de la misma cadena y gran parte de la mercancía carece de precio o bien se encuentra en el lugar donde anteriormente había otro producto... Lo que genera confusión al momento de pagar.
El personal se esfuerza en ser atento y amable con el cliente y eso se reconoce...
Considero que por la ubicación la tienda podría tener un mejor surtido pero bueno se queda solo en la tienda para salir del apuro en el momento.
 The store in general looks neglected, at the entrance they have the clothing area; everything very tight almost piled up and further inside the rest of the areas also neglected and disorganized.
Little variety of products compared to other branches of the same chain and much of the merchandise has no price or is located in the place where another product was previously... Which generates confusion when paying.
The staff strives to be attentive and friendly to the customer and that is recognized...
I think that because of the location the store could have a better assortment but hey, he stays alone in the store to get out of trouble at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y actitud de la cajera de su sucursal Balderas. Mujer de veintitantos años, cabello lacio, negro, tez apiñonada. Una empleada que no se ubica que está ahí para brindar un SERVICIO, no para dar órdenes.
Se resistió a darme el precio de algo, argumentando que "los precios están ahí", luego me inventó uno, después me lo dio forzadamente y obvio estaba mal el que me había dado así que no me llevé el producto y lo dejé en caja. Entonces me dijo: "no lo puede dejar ahí". O sea ¿quiere la clientela haga la chamba de acomodadores o qué?
Ojalá la cambien, es muy jetona y arrogante. Las otras señoras cajeras en la plática distraídas.
