Su nivel educativo les impide comunicarse de forma civilizada y empática al responder a preguntas formuladas educadamente por uno de los clientes. Fui testigo hace un momento de su vergonzoso comportamiento y me veo obligado a invitar a la población general de la localidad a hacer sus compras en lugares donde atiendan empleados responsables y educados que no tengan temor a responder a las preguntas de los clientes. El cliente en cuestión fue comprensivo, me consta al 100% pero esas empleadas son adictas al drama e hicieron si tormenta en el vaso de agua. Tristemente pude comprobar lo que se ha mencionado antes de ese negocio, no hay ningún respeto hacia los clientes.
Terrible service from the cashier and another person who claimed to be the manager of the store. Their educational level prevents them from communicating in a civilized and empathetic way when answering questions politely asked by one of the clients. I witnessed his shameful behavior a moment ago and I am compelled to invite the general population of the locality to do their shopping in places where responsible and educated employees who are not afraid to answer customer questions are served. The client in question was understanding, I know 100% but those employees are addicted to drama and made a storm in the glass of water. Sadly I could check what has been mentioned before about that business, there is no respect towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente por parte de los empleados es horrible, los precios jamás son adecuados al producto, la mercancía siempre está entre los pasillos, el checador no es de uso público.
Si tienes dudas sobre algo te responden de mala gana, si haces alguna recomendación sobre esto se molestan e incluso te gritan.
The customer service by the employees is horrible, the prices are never appropriate for the product, the merchandise is always in the aisles, the checkout counter is not for public use.
If you have doubts about something they answer you reluctantly, if you make any recommendation about this they get annoyed and even yell at you.
