Dr. Ulises superbly stitched up my head laceration on Christmas Day and provided the medicines I needed to prevent infection. He also carefully treated my knee wound. And, this polite, professional caregiver gave me the paperwork I needed to bill my insurance company in the U.S. The charge was 25% of the estimate I received at a local hospital E.R.

I had an injury to my head that required stitches while on vacation. As a clinician who knew what I needed and the rough cost of raw materials and the standard of sterility necessary I sought out to find a local hospital/clinic that I could trust to do this. I went two too other hospitals before I found this clinic. One wanted over 1,000 USD for an initial consultation and another did not have the sterility I sought. Walk-in Clinic was a blessing in disguise. I saw Dr. Francisco E Santiago Hernandez and he impressed me right off the bat. He was transparent and forthcoming about his training and offered to look at my scalp and take a photo so we could talk through the necessary repair together. He was rational, calm and methodical in his approach, all of which are highly valuable in a clinician. He sutured my scalp for $630 which i felt was a great price for a self pay in a clinical setting in a western hotel zone with excellent sterility. He opened everything in front of me, offered lidocaine spray prior to injection to decrease the pain of the numbing, we discussed his approach to optimize cosmesis while minimizing the amount of hair he had to remove to do a solid repair. Afterwards he offered appropriate prophylactic antibiotics. I would 100% return here first and foremost if I required care again in cancun. He proved himself an excellent clinician: exceptional professionalism and medical knowledge. His english was also excellent. Any hospital is lucky to have him, including should he ever desire to apply to the US.

Pricey as hell! They are likely to say you have something serious when you most likely don't, scaring the patient. Consultation is $80 US dollars , not including, testing, and analysis. In most other places in Mexico, consultation is 50 pesos! They say the obvious and repeat it with fancy words to waste your time, they might as well not even know what their doing. If this was pulled while we were buying stuff at the market, we understand they're just trying to make money. However, this is a doctor dealing with people's health!!! This is absolutely not acceptable!!!

Dr. Hector and Nurse Paola were nothing short of amazing! 10/10 recommend this clinic I was in a bad situation when I came in and once I got there felt immediately I knew I was in good hands. I came in a complete mess after falling on a boat and hit my head. My head was bleeding fairly bad and they saw me immediately and were very careful when examining it (I didn't feel a thing and it was before pain medication) My boyfriend was scared out of his mind and was confused and needed to be reminding often what happened and to not fall asleep and they were incredible patient and sensitive with both of our feelings. While the bill was very cheap compared to the US & they said my insurance should cover everything and they were careful to document everything to ensure reimbursement. The doctor was clearly very intelligent, extremely thorough, and gave me painless stitched to the head (wow). THANK YOU SO MUCH HECTOR & PAOLA!

Got a $220 PCR Covid Test, results in same day, can you imagine. Best service before flying...airline required in 3 days

Very clean. Fast and reasonable pricing. Paid $30 USD for rapid test before flight home. Our resort across the street had the same test for $40.

Extremely nice staff and great service. Walked in and was seen by the doctor right away. The doctor also very professionally handled another patient who was being rude to all of the staff. Would recommend!
