★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa es "buena" para personas que buscan su primer empleo o en su defecto personas mayores que buscan algo estable, el sueldo es poco pero tienen buenas prestaciones. Las opciones de crecimiento son pocas o nulas Pero quién tiene opción de crecer ya la hizo, su área de recursos humanos en planta deja mucho que desear, se te atiende cuándo ellos tienen ganas, yo tuve problemas con un supervisor y nunca se me dio solución. Si llegan a entrar a trabajar y por supervisor les toca Adán de la cruz, mejor pidan su cambio.
Aquí con la novedad que hoy fui por mi finiquito por año y medio de trabajo y oooo sorpresa... Igual de mediocre que su empresa, la respuesta a eso el reciente cambio de razón social no generé antigüedad y pues reciente había firmado nuevo contrato, gracias Wallenius nunca espere nada y aún así lograron desepcionarme !!! ???
Por cierto, llegó un joven de paquetería a dejar algo y hasta a el le quedaron a deber un peso $1 por qué no tenían para pagar jajajaja
The company is "good" for people looking for their first job or, failing that, older people looking for something stable, the salary is low but they have good benefits. The growth options are few or nil.But who has the option to grow has already done it, their human resources area in the plant leaves much to be desired, you are served when they feel like it, I had problems with a supervisor and they never gave me a solution . If they come to work and their supervisor is Adam of the cross, better ask for their change.
Here with the news that today I went for my settlement for a year and a half of work and oooo surprise ... Just as mediocre as your company, the response to that the recent change of company name did not generate seniority and since I had recently signed a new contract, thanks Wallenius I never expected anything and still they managed to disappoint me !!! ???
By the way, a young man from the parcel arrived to leave something and even he had to owe a peso $ 1 because they did not have to pay hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor trabajo en varios sentidos que he tenido, te atraen con un supuesto buen sueldo y te dicen que pronto subirá aún más, después unos minutos antes de firmar contrato te dicen tu verdadero sueldo, si te lastimas te hechan la culpa y buscan no pagarte, no les importa tu tiempo, seguridad o bienestar
It is the worst job in several senses that I have ever had, they lure you in with a supposedly good salary and they tell you that it will soon go up even more, then a few minutes before signing the contract they tell you your real salary, if you get hurt they blame you and seek no pay you, they don't care about your time, safety or well-being

Good company. They took great care of us from the pandemic. In the balance, stability and the savings we earn weigh much more than some not-so-pleasant things like long hours and complications for promotions. I miss the atmosphere. Good company.
