Ejemplo: En una ocasión, aún faltaban 30 minutos para cerrar, y un colaborador nos negó el acceso, por qué ya no se podía atender a más gente, portandose grosero, y altanero. Supuestamente"por protocolo COVID", cuando yo no ví ningún aviso pegado de que así sería, como cualquier cadena de este tipo lo hubiese hecho. Si ya van a cerrar, empiezan a meter las motos, y si estás viendo algún artículo, no les importa, casi te tiran encima la moto. En general el personal deja mucho que desear, es muy raro el que realmente muestra un trato empático al cliente. I understand the covid protocols and why, but the staff is always rude and despotic when it comes to applying them. Example: On one occasion, there were still 30 minutes to go to close, and a collaborator denied us access, because we could no longer serve more people, behaving rude and haughty. Supposedly "by COVID protocol", when I did not see any notice posted that it would be like that, as any chain of this type would have done. If they are already closing, they start to put the bikes in, and if you are looking at an article, they do not care, they almost throw the motorcycle on you. In general, the staff leaves much to be desired, it is very rare that they really show an empathic treatment to the client.

Most of the Great Value brand available in reduced quantities since the store is small. Top that with employees restocking and closing isles at peak times of the day. It is ok if you're willing to fiddle around and wait around others to pass before you can enter an isle. All and all it's cumbersome and we'll avoid it unless Patzcuaro was not available. We'll right out drive to a real Wal-Mart in Uruapan instead.
