★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien dicen que las marcas son buenas, sucede lo mismo con las empresas, lo malo, es que contratan personal que ni idea tienen de la Constitución política, ley de la secretaria del trabajo y previsión social(básicamente norma oficial 035)y ley federal del trabajo.
Violan muchas leyes al querer anteponer doping en sus reglamentos para terceros y amenazan todo el tiempo con boletinar a terceros (aún los boletinan)así cómo trabajo de 24hrs sin derecho a descanso salvo que llegue uno a cedis y dan 8 HRS de descanso pero incluye ir a abastecerse (combustible, comida, regaderas y compra de lo nesesario alimentos para no parar) para seguir trabajando sin descanso
Lo malo de esta empresa, son sus trabajadores(en especial jefes de departamento son conocimiento ni experiencia en el ramo de transportes), ni sus propios derechos conocen
Well they say that brands are good, the same thing happens with companies, the bad thing is that they hire personnel who have no idea about the Political Constitution, law of the secretary of labor and social security (basically official rule 035) and federal job.
They violate many laws by wanting to put doping in their regulations for third parties and threaten all the time with bulletin to third parties (they still bulletin them) as well as work 24 hours without the right to rest unless one arrives at CDD and they give 8 HRS of rest but it includes going to stock up (fuel, food, showers and purchase of the necessary food to not stop) to continue working without rest
The bad thing about this company, are its workers (especially department heads have knowledge or experience in the transport sector), nor do they know their own rights
