★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have everything you need grocery wise, but the staff watched me wait at the customer service desk for over 10 minutes. I was told that they didn’t have anyone working there at the moment and would have to wait for all of the customers to finish checking out before a cashier could come over and help me, which is virtually impossible. Considering all the money Superama has and how little they pay their employees, surely they could’ve hired someone to work the customer service desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chain is ran as a subsidiary of Walmart and if not for the name their locations look exactly like any neighborhood Walmart store. Aisles are prganized the same too so you feel right at home. They do have guards in a lot of aisles though and we felt like we were followed too closely at times at certain locations but just do not pay attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products for fast shopping. Cool place if you want to find everything, in less time, with higher quality and very close to the Hotel Zone and Puerto Cancún. If you are in a rush to find your lunch or supper, here your spot for a quick option, including freshly baked bread and corn tortillas. If you are visiting the city, you will love this grocery supplier for this vacation time in Cancún. We can always find more than what we expect. It is changing its name to "Walmart Express" instead of Superama, but it will still be from the same group. This name change happened by the end November 2021. Now it is officially called "Walmart Express." ;)
