- tres filetes de pescado de aproximadamente 235 pesos el kilo que la descongelar olían horrible
- un sushi con masago por fuera y pepino por dentro estaba aguado
Todavía cociné los filetes y el olor se incrementó (craso error).
El arroz del sushi estaba aguado y el pepino no se miraba fresco. Se nota que era el día de anterior. En cambio, el otro sushi que también compré al mismo tiempo estaba buenísimo.
¡Algo pasa en la sección de pescados y mariscos donde también preparan el sushi!
 In this month of December 2021, my favorite supermarket has failed me twice:
- three fish fillets of approximately 235 pesos per kilo that defrosted smelled horrible
- a sushi with masago on the outside and cucumber on the inside was watery
I still cooked the steaks and the smell increased (big mistake).
The sushi rice was watery and the cucumber didn't look fresh. You can tell that it was the day before. On the other hand, the other sushi that I also bought at the same time was delicious.
Something happens in the seafood section where they also prepare sushi!
