★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely (third purchase from one ever) go to Wal-Mart, but this one is nicer than what you find in the US. Clean, well marked aisles and sections, helpful staff, well stocked, easy checkout, reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Familiar store, you'll find everything you need to cover your basic needs. But if you look for something more specific, you may not find it. Beware of weekends in the afternoon, there are lot of people.
If you see something you like, better buy it before it sells out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Walmart in Mexico City and liked that they have some local stuff. Alcohol was cheap too. It was kind of crazy busy with lots of people but I didn’t find anyone being rude or impolite. They also had some import items at reasonable prices. It would be a place to shop for stuff if you’re around there, or if you gave a car. There is a McDonald’s ice cream shack outside at the parking lot too.
