Price wise it's a reasonable place to buy your groceries. Customer Service is worst at the bakery department. I forgot to get the employees name. I will definitely get her name and complain to the corporate. She hates attending customers for sure. She is at the wrong place. The manager should walk the floor and make sure customer service is taken care of properly as it should be.

Usually Walt Mart is a very good store merchandise wise but this store left too much to be desired. Mainly because they don't work the exchange from dollars to pesos in an effective manner. They have too many guidelines that hinder the purchases of dollar paying customers. Also, I went to pick up money sent to us and the clerk left the desk as soon as she saw us and didn't return. I had to go request another employee to call the manager but she didn't. Instead she went to inquire why the clerk had left her post and not return. Well, the clerk returned to her position but was visibly annoyed and proceeded to take care of us in an unfriendly way. I believe they need to talk with employees about customer service manners and expedite as well as expand the services to dollar paying customers.

Very bad experience, no plastic bags at all and that is fine but Wal-Mart does not have any kind of bags or containers to carrie the goods.

Good customer service and a wide variety of things to buy. A little expensive when it comes to some things, but very reasonable with others.

There is people stealing in the parking lot and the guards are accomplices!!!

Security guards are a joke, no customer service. Gotta pay for parking. It’s cheap but that’s not the point.

Good store to beers and snacks to taking back home

Nothing like the USA to buy,most of the stuff they have is made in mx,nad the only things they have with the great value name are mexican products theres a .00005% of american products,am sure Sam Walton is turning in his grave lol
