Walmart - 88275 Nuevo Laredo

THIS IS A -5 STARS STORE (MINUS 5), Ms. PERLA WAS VERY RUDE, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, THEY HAD ME ON THE PHONE FOR 10 MINS WAITING EVEN I WAS CALLING ON A LONG DISTANCE! THE MANAGER OF THE STORE NEVER SHOW UP, WAS REALLY CRAZY, I NEVER IMAGINED THAT A WALMART STORE HAD THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN AND FOR SURE I WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! MY ADVICE TO YOU FRIENDS IS THAT NEVER IN YOUR LIVE GO TO THIS UNFRIENDLY STORE!! FOR THE WELLNESS OF WALMART REPUTATION I HOPE THEY TAKE CARE OF SITUATIONS LIKE THIS, BECAUSE I REALLY FELT TODAY LIKE TRASH!! ESTA TIENDA REALMENTE MERECE (-)MENOS 5 ESTRELLAS, LA SRTA PERLA FUE BIEN DESAGRADABLE, ME DEJO HABLANDO SOLO POR TELEFONO COMO SI UNO FUESE BASURA, EL SUPERVISOR NUNCA SE PUSO AL TELEFONO TAMPOCO, REALMENTE NUNCA HABIA VISTO UNA TIENDA DE WALMART CON UN SERVICIO TAN MALO Y UN TRATO TAN DESAGRADABLE, POR DIOS QUE NUNCA PONDRE UN PIES EN ESTA TIENDA Y RECOMIENDO QUE NADIE LO HAGA SI ES QUE NO QUIEREN PASAR UN MAL RATO. REALMENTE ME PREOCUPA LO QUE UN SERVICIO TAN MALO PUEDA HACER A LA REPUTACION DE WALMART!! ME HAN HECHADO A PERDER EL DIA!!!!

Never been to a Walmart that doesn't have air-conditioning system on, and at least open till midnight so we can do some late night shopping. Rating 1-10 #3

Actually it was good and lane lines were unexpectedly fast, but the store needs more illumination and cleanliness.

A/C was COMPLETELY OFF ON 1/2 OFF THE STORE, where electronics, clothes and non-parishable items where!!! Tried to purchase a cold water & in all the store and the different displays, we couldn't find a cold bottle of water!!! Requested to speak to the manager, he said, " This store is one of Wal-Mart's most profitable, but we have requested the new motors for the other A/C's & corporate has not approved! Do we need to stop buying

Hot, no air-conditioned Long lines Make sure to take your bags for your groceries

Good place everything good all you need at Walmart

Excellent service, they are 50 % cheaper than Winn Dixie, and they do speak English at Walmart.

Store is Ok, you find everything in here, problem is that this huge place only has 3 or 4 cashiers open, so expect long long lines to pay.
