★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience: Staff at the customer service desk rude and useless. Once I asked to talk to a manager everything got solved and she became useful. Manager was helpful, polite, and customer service-driven. I am very happy with my interaction and the resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are able to find lots of different items, but beware because they'll change the prices on you.
I had picked something out that was supposed to be on sale, and they cashier was rude when I pointed it out and did not want to get anyone to verify it.
Once someone was sent (I followed she saw the price and she ripped it off and said there was nothing there.
When confronted she said it was mislabeled but refused to show me the label.
I'm sure it's not like that with everyone, but in this particular Walmart I've had several experiences like this one and I prefer to go to another one.
