Also there is a cafeteria with great “clean & lean” gym food Mexican style plus supplements, bars etc for sale. No air con but spacious and clean, makes for a great workout!

A	Andrew Stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very solid gym that covers all the basics for weightlifting and powerlifting main movements, as well as a lot of options for accessories and body building. Had to cut my workout a bit short because I got started later in the day and there is no A/C so I got exceedingly hot, but it definitely kept my muscles warm. Equipment was well maintained and clean. American tourists: know your weights in kg or bring your phone to convert as most plates are in kg.
F	Frankie MacGregor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big, lots of natural light, open garage doors. Very cheap drop in fee. The woman who helped me the first time I came in was very nice and helpful. The woman who was there the second time couldn't pull her tongue out of her boyfriend's mouth long enough to be bothered with anything. Pretty good vibe, lots of run-down, old equipment. I only found one treadmill that worked properly. All the numbers have been rubbed off all the weight machines so you won't always know how much you're lifting. Not much of a locker room to speak of, just a bathroom with two showers. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see a scale anywhere.

Literally a warehouse with no air conditioning but lots of good equipment that provides you with all the free weights and machines that you need. Clean bathrooms, and even a pool in there. Probably best to workout as early as possible when it's cooler. If you are not acclimated then I would suggest not going HAM.
A	Adrian F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it's a good gym, equipment is quite old but you find at least what's needed. I would not go when it's more than 30deg C outside since there's no A/C and fans are not so efficient. Anyhow for 65 pesos (day pass) it's somehow fair.
