★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero me pierden el cobertor King Size (mink) me piden una semana para buscarlo y ya llevan un mes, Después me dicen que les lleve una cotización de un cobertor similar para tratar de reponerlo después me salen que tengo que llevar el ticket de compra no del “servicio de lavado” sino el ticket de compra del cobertor y después me salen que el ticket de compra del cobertor no debe de tener mas de dos semanas antes de haberlo llevado a lavar con ellos.
Que sigue un número de serie o un análisis microscópico de textura del cobertor para que coincida.
First they lose my King Size (mink) cover, they ask me for a week to look for it and they have already been a month, then they tell me to bring them a quote for a similar cover to try to replace it, then they tell me that I have to bring the purchase receipt. the "washing service" but the purchase receipt of the coverlet and then I get that the purchase receipt of the coverlet should not be more than two weeks old before having it washed with them.
