★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a dejar mi ropa y a la hora de recogerla descubrí que había ropa que no era mía y además me perdieron mi ropa. Fui a hablar con la encargada y además de ser una grosera no me dio solución a al problema.
El servicio fue pésimo y no quieren responder por la ropa que perdieron y revolvieron con la ropa de otro sujeto.
Espero puedan responderme o de alguna manera responder por esta situación por qué perder ropa no es cualquier cosa.
Qué clase de servicio dan ustedes que pierden las cosas y no dan ninguna solución.
I went to leave my clothes and when picking up I discovered that there were clothes that were not mine and they also lost my clothes. I went to talk to the woman in charge and besides being rude, she did not solve the problem.
The service was lousy and they do not want to answer for the clothes that they lost and rummaged with the clothes of another subject.
I hope you can answer me or in some way answer for this situation why losing clothes is not anything.
