★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, no le pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede. La persona que nos atendió fue maleducada, irrespetuosa y ofensiva. Íbamos a comprar varias cosas y además pregunté el precio de un producto llamado D K Stone que son unas piedras para decorar paredes interior o exterior. La respuesta de la persona que nos atendió, la única que había, fue tan grosera que dejamos todo y nos fuimos. Jamás volveré a este lugar y contaré está experiencia a mis conocidos. De nada sirve abrir un domingo si tratas a tus clientes o prospectos de esa forma.
Hi, I don't give it 0 stars because it can't. The person who served us was rude, disrespectful, and offensive. We were going to buy several things and I also asked the price of a product called D K Stone, which are stones to decorate interior or exterior walls. The response of the person who attended us, the only one there was, was so rude that we left everything and left. I will never return to this place and I will tell my acquaintances about this experience. There is no use opening on a Sunday if you treat your clients or prospects that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, los llamé por tres dias seguidos para solicitar un técnico y solo me prometían devolverme la llamada, me hicieron perder el tiempo. Llamé a otra compañía y en menos de una hora ya tenía técnico en casa.
Very bad service, I called them for three days in a row to request a technician and they only promised to call me back, they made me waste my time. I called another company and in less than an hour I already had a technician at home.
