The name is Covasa Valves (Valvula Covasa) This is a foundry that makes large water valves and other similar tools for customers including municipal water districts, water companies, towns and cities, and large industry. I think the person who mislabled this company meant to say "Water Works", not "Water War." Great company, employees are dedicated and the product is top-notch.
