Desafortunadamente para mi ese ingrediente fue kermato que aunque me gusta en los Bloody Mary no me gusta en mi aguachile y arruinó por completo mi experiencia. Estos chicos sin duda tienen talento porque las bolas de arroz estuvieron deliciosas. Ojalá comiencen a seguir sus propias recetas (o que no pongan tantas opciones a escoger si se les va a olvidar que lleva cada una). They have 13 options of aguachile to choose from, you carefully select the one that is most popular, and the cook arbitrarily puts the ingredients that come to mind. Unfortunately for me that ingredient was kermato that although I like it in Bloody Mary I don't like it in my aguachile and it completely ruined my experience. These guys are definitely talented because the rice balls were delicious. Hopefully they start to follow their own recipes (or that they don't put so many options to choose from if they are going to forget what each one has).
E	Elkikoxd Xd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo la verdad ..por ser un lugar que se dedica a los aguachiles y mariscos como dice su "nombre" que no tiene nada ..compré una orden de aguachile negro $200 pesos ,pulpo , camarón ,callo...en un contenedor de medio litro con más ensalada de pepino que nada ..no soy exigente pero si me gusta que sirvan lo que es ..el peor aguachile que e pagado por tan poco ..no salieron ni 3 tostadas bien echas . The truth is terrible...for being a place dedicated to aguachiles and shellfish, as its "name" says, that has nothing...I bought an order of black aguachile $200 pesos, octopus, shrimp, callus...in a container of half a liter with more cucumber salad than anything .. I'm not picky but I do like that they serve what it is .. the worst aguachile I've ever paid for so little .. not even 3 toasts came out well done .

Por algo pedí un ceviche común y no uno de sus tantos menjurges. Quería algo natural, no pude comerlo, el pescado café, el jugo café, no tolero esos sabores, no los consumo y mucho menos le daría algo así a mi hijo de dos años. Aparte de que no se notaba fresco, las verduras super cristalinas, no se hacen así hasta dos o tres días de estar remojadas en limón. Porción super pequeña por precio elevado, que coraje, puro dinero desperdiciado. On the platform I ordered a "normal" fish ceviche, and I don't know what kind of sauce they put on it, which totally changed a simple ceviche and tasted a lot of sodium. For something I ordered a common ceviche and not one of their many concoctions. I wanted something natural, I couldn't eat it, the brown fish, the brown juice, I don't tolerate those flavors, I don't consume them, and much less would I give something like that to my two-year-old son. Apart from the fact that it did not feel fresh, the super crystalline vegetables do not get that way until two or three days after being soaked in lemon. Super small portion for high price, what courage, pure wasted money.

I have ordered from them more than 5 times and they are consistently good. Every time I ordered aguachile chitepin plus something else. The flavor and heat in chitepin is very unique - almost like Sichuan pepper (but not exactly)! I saw some previous comments complaining about this place and I feel I should do this place some justice. Don’t expect regular ceviche here but I hope you won’t be disappointed.
