★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecto lugar para depilarse, en especial Esmeralda, es la mejor depilando, no se siente nada y queda la piel súper lisa, además de que se tarda muy poco tiempo y te trata súper bien, recomiendo muchísimo ir con Esmeralda, si pueden pidan cita con esmeralda siempre. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita María José de la sucursal Del Valle, fue muy grosera conmigo y no me quiso realizar los dos servicios que tenía agendados porque ya tenía otra cita y no le iba a dar tiempo… como si eso fuera mi culpa. Además se tardo demasiado realizando media depilación de piernas con cera sabiendo que tenía otro servicio por hacerme.
Además de todo esto la señorita me pidió que le hablara bonito cuando mi tono de voz era el normal.
También la señorita de la recepción una pelada ya que me comento que no era su problema que no me
Agendaran mis servicios completos.
Pésima atención por parte de María José y la recepcionista de sucursal Del Valle. No vuelvo a ese lugar.

Al ser tratamientos Íntimos requieren más tacto en el momento del servicio. Llevo yendo a Wax años y hoy sentí discriminación y mal trato por tener mi periodo.
El evento sucedió antes de mi cita, entre al baño y me bajó. Le dije a la mujer a la 1:26 que me iba atender a la 1:30 que iría por un tampon y ya regresaba. Ella con desprecio me pregunto que cuánto me estaba bajando y que no, que iba a retrasarla.
No me gusto nada como me hicieron sentir y no volveré a este lugar. No siento sororidad ni empatía.
Aunque no quisiera atender, hay formas de tratar y comunicar con las personas.
Espero que las mujeres encuentren un espacio seguro y trato digno cuando tienen su periodo, este definitivamente no es el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible experience with Karla. The process was very very slow, so the pain lasted way longer than necessary. If you know what you're doing, you wax fast. she made wax the hottest ive ever felt in my life. Maybe it was her first day? She should not be allowed near anyones bikini area. I have lots of leftover wax all over me. I will never return and I feel sad for anyone else who is stuck getting a wax from this amateur woman who has no idea what she is doing.I have had so many waxes in my life, and this was the absolute WORST EVER. No excuses to have someone this bad working in a professional place. I will never return.

I appreciate their waxing technique, that they have the various types of wax and the ways to get some more stubborn hair out... and my favorite person is Karla. Super considerate when she is putting on the wax and last week she had an awesome strategy to pull the wax so it was super quick and the least amount of pain for me. So so awesome.
