They are super professionals, the place is always impeccable and very good service. I always go for waxing and of all the places I've been I definitely prefer this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realicé depilación HOLLYWOOD BRAZILIAN en las sucursal de Polanco y no me gustó. Es la segunda vez que me hago este tipo de depilación, pero en esa ocasión me dolió muchísimo. Me atendió una tal Flor, no prepararon mi piel, la cera era regular no de "alta tecnología" como la llaman, era como cualquier otra no de buena calidad como en otros lugares. Tampoco me pusieron un bálsamo para el ardor post depilación, no limpiaron la zona , incluso me dejaron restos de cera y vello que yo tuve que quitar después. Espero les sirva mi experiencia.
I had HOLLYWOOD BRAZILIAN hair removal done at the Polanco branch and I didn't like it. It is the second time that I do this type of hair removal, but on that occasion it hurt a lot. A certain Flor attended me, they did not prepare my skin, the wax was regular, not "high-tech" as they call it, it was like any other, not of good quality like in other places. They also didn't put a balm on me for post waxing burning, they didn't clean the area, they even left me with traces of wax and hair that I had to remove later. I hope my experience is useful to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good evening, today I visited wax revolution in polanco this evening for a waxing appointment. It was the worst experience of my life! I have been waxing for many years and this is the first time I came across a therapist her name is Flor from wax revolution that was so unprofessional and racist towards me! I am expat from South Africa and never felt so disrespected ever since i moved to Mexico. This therapist kept making excuses that my hair was to short to be waxed, when my hair was at the right length which is 2cm. I made it clear to the receptionist that I was unhappy and she didn’t even care! All she wanted was the payment which I happily paid, which was never the issue. The problem is the service I paid for was not even done correctly. I don’t recommend this establishment at all and if you are an expat in polanco please find other places to go where you are welcomed and get exactly what you paying for !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. My sister skin was severely damaged with burns all over her legs. Irresponsable staff and complete absence of dermatology experts there. She is now spending time, money with true experts for healing burns, and our family praying for her to get well soon. I’m just writing this note to raise the awareness. Using the services of this establishment may damage your health. I hope my sister gets well soon and hopefully this warning message is useful for the community.
