The dedicated parking is free, safe, and conveniently located right in front of the entrance gate! There are several wonderful restaurants and intriguing street vendors within walking distance. Plenty of room for 2 people and will fit two more comfortably as well! The bikes were a very useful added bonus! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and nice extras such as bottled water, coffee and orange drink. There is also a grocery store nearby. Centrally located to enjoy the Tulum ruins, Paradise beach, Playa de Carmen, and Cozumel! And you can't throw a rock without it landing in a cenote! we were there for 5 nights and stayed busy the entire time but there is still so much nearby to explore! Definitely plan on returning to Waxak Wayak! Can't say enough about this place neat and quiet and well located. Guido is the best host made our trip super easy.

Really loved this place... Very ample, tranquil and amenities are really good, plus the super host... If looking for studios in Tulum, here Is the place. I'll definitely come back.

The host is absolutley amazing. Very knowledgable and helpful of places to see and things to do. A very beautiful clean house and secure with a gate. Bikes are there to use for guests, only a five minute ride from the main strip.

Stayed in this AirBNB for 3 nights while visiting Tulum. It was a good price and included the use if bicycles for our stay, which we used daily. Only about a 5 minute ride to downtown and much better than walking or driving.
