R	Romis Cv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué por viaje (7,500 pesos) a Islas Lobos a Way up Tuxpan, sin embargo no conseguí hacerlo debido al oleaje fuerte y peligroso que había en el mar; un día antes pregunté al señor de nombre Carlos (trabaja en ese lugar y a él le pagué) sobre las condiciones del clima y dijo que no habría ningún problema. Sin importar el peligro del mar nos embarcó en una lancha rumbo a la Islas Lobos (se accesa con brazaletes que no nos entregó), recorrimos únicamente 10 minutos y decidimos volver ya que la lancha parecía se iba a voltear. El señor que operaba la lancha nos ofreció otro recorrido para nada cercano a lo que pagué pero lo tomé ya que no me devolverían el dinero...En resumen...el servicio es pésimo, promete cosas que no cumple...en su paquete ofrece desayuno, comida y bebida...sólo nos dio un alimento, 3 botellas pequeñas de agua, 3 mini refrescos y jugo de litro para 7 personas, con eso pretendía que pasáramos el día desde las 7:00 am hasta las 16:00 horas aproximadamente. Al final del recorrido traté de hablar con él señor Carlos pero al parecer se había escondido cuando el operador de la lancha le avisó de nuestra llegada...lo esperé afuera de su establecimiento ya que no nos permitieron acceder a el pero nunca se apareció...le escribí por WhatsApp y tampoco tuve respuesta. Servicio para nada recomendable, no tiene ética profesional ya que por unos pesos arriesga la vida de las personas. Publicidad engañosa. At the end of the tour, I tried to talk to him, Mr. Carlos, but apparently he had hidden himself when the operator of the boat notified him of our arrival ... I waited for him outside his establishment since they did not allow us to access him but he never appeared. ..I wrote to him on WhatsApp and I didn't have an answer either. Service not recommended at all, it has no professional ethics since for a few pesos it risks people's lives. Misleading advertising.

La atención del capitán qué nos tocó, Andrés, muy buena, sin embargo el tour no lo disfrutamos debido a que se percibía una gran falta de organización desde un inicio. Se cita a las 7 am y la lancha partió hasta pasadas las 8 am, una de las lanchas que nos acompañó se estuvo averiando por falta de mantenimiento y retrasó el viaje por lo menos dos horas, además de que nunca se daban instrucciones claras sobre las actividades y la duración de estas. Ojalá mejoren el aspecto de organización y capacitación de los capitanes, que incluso discutían y daban la sensación de no llevarse bien entre ellos, sacando rencillas frente a los clientes. La comida que te ofrece en el viaje está muy rica (zaragaya de desayuno y pollo al curry de comida), también puedes acordar otro menú. Don Lino el conductor de la lancha muy servicial y buena persona. Por desgracia no pudimos llegar a la Isla de Lobos porque el mar estaba muy picado, decidimos regresaenos e ir a la laguna de Tamiahua. Don Lino nos llevó a playa corazones, donde tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Don Lino nos paseo por la laguna de Tamiahua, se iba despacio cuando queríamos tomar fotos.
