★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan und Eduardo sind einfach zwei absolute Herzensmenschen. Wir wurden total herzlich empfangen und sie waren immer super hilfsbereit! Zudem haben wir jeden Tag Kaffe und einen kleinen Snack bekommen. Und dann gibt es da noch einen super tollen kleinen Hund - CAMILLA! ? vermisse sie jetzt schon.
Die Lage ist einfach Top, super ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist super sauber.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur jedem ans Herz legen!

Juan and Eduardo are simply two absolute heart people. We received a very warm welcome and they were always super helpful! We also got coffee and a small snack every day. And then there's a super cute little dog - CAMILLA! ? miss her already.
The location is just great, super quiet but still centrally located. The rooms are big and it's super clean.
I can really recommend this accommodation to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general muy buen lugar para una estancia corta o larga en la isla. La ubicación es inigualable! Todo a 3 minutos caminando.
El único punto negativo es el baño, la taza es ligeramente incómoda y no tiene techo propio el baño, todos los sonidos salen del baño hacia el cuarto, pero nada grave. .
Overall very good place for a short or long stay on the island. The location is second to none! Everything within 3 minutes walking.
The only negative point is the bathroom, the toilet is slightly uncomfortable and the bathroom does not have its own ceiling, all the sounds come from the bathroom into the room, but nothing serious. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yall there are so many better places to stay on the island than wayak. Booked late arriving from tulum with no signal. they accommodated, however the next day they wanted an extra $1000 pesos for two kids for two nights. when we said we would pay but leave an appropriate review the guy Juan/Eduardo Balam lost it. he kicked my parents and niece and nephew out within 5 minutes. he WALKED IN THE room with my mother getting out of the shower. even hit her with a broom to shoo her out. the place i stayed down the street AURORA Hotel was AMAZING. So please do your homework and know what your expectaions are with these folks at Wayak hotel
