Among all four or five tours I joined during the Mexico visit, the guide speaks the best English, and is the the most knowledgeable and passionate guide. She shared a lot about the pre-colonial Mexico cultures during the tour. The pick up was on time, the guide was friendly, the tour was enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My biggest complaint is that depending on the van you get, there may be very little leg room. It was pretty painful to get into the seat I was "assigned" even though I was the tallest person in the group. Tour guide was interesting even though he had to give the tour in both English and Spanish. If I did it again, I would probably go on my own or arrange private transportation.

Highly recommended!
We received an email informing we would be picked up between 810am-820am. They arrived right on time at 810am to collect us from our hotel.
Allen (guide) and Rafael (driver) was absolutely amazing.
Very informative with culture and history throughout the drive as well as a personal tour through Teotihuacan plus very numerous and making us laugh!
We had over 2 hours at Teotihuacan, which included a tour with Allen and then free time. Plenty of time to climb both pyramids and not rush
Buffet lunch (add cost) was also delicious.
We also had a 3yr old child on our tour and Allen was fantastic with her and always keeping her (and us) entertained.
Great value and great people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammed by the tour guide for the Mexican Arena Tour. The fee promised tequila, masks and good seats. We were put all the way in the back. Tour guide pretended he lost our tickets. No masks, no tequila shots. Ruined the experience... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Buy your tickets online, uber to the Arena Mexico and buy your own mask from the vendors outside. It'll be cheaper.
Taking advantage of tourists is what makes people not want to visit thia beautiful city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked through Wayak when touring friends around Mexico city before and after our wedding. Claudia Vargas Torrado was excellent with communication and getting the details in order prior to the event. She was very accommodating to my changes in numbers and itineraries (trying to organize 50+ friends and family!).
Once we got there, we found the buses were in great condition, and the guides were excellent (and hilarious!). There were a few bumps on the road but they were great at resolving any issues. We had a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to recommend them, especially for private group tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I decided to do a tour to the Basílica de Guadalupe and the pyramids. They picked us up from the hotel and took us to their office where they gathered more people who had bought tickets for the same tour. The first two drivers were friendly and polite. We then got assigned our group, a driver, and our tour guide. The ride was very smooth considering Mexico City is so populated and there is always traffic. Our tour guide Don Fidel was great! Very knowledgeable and truly shows passion in what he does. Overall, the experience was great! Totally worth it! Would do it again.
