E	Ercio Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the hotel. The room and the patio were beautiful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good (coffee, juice, fruit, bread and a dish chosen from the menu) and the attention was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Good service - there was a dog kept barking in the neighborhood by our room, we called the front desk asked for a different room, but there was no better rooms available. Then they sent someone talked to the neighbor (or the neighbor’s dog). We never heard any noise after that. The restaurant is very pretty. However, I don’t like the coffee there. Breakfast was alright.

Check in was an easy process, the food was delicious (very limited menu), the drinks were good (small portions), and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel! It would especially be nice for couples. There are also a lot of opportunities for beautiful pictures. Note: Don't add the breakfast "promotion" when booking your room. You only get to choose from a limited menu and it's cheaper or equal to purchase the items without the promotion.
F	Fito Pardo AMC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come to Merida this is probably the best place to stay, the rooms are fantastic, easily one of the most comfortable room I have ever stay at and amazingly is not a chain, it should be a chain but is not, next time in Merida I will try to stay here again, the restaurant on this hotel has the best food around, the breakfast is vast and delicious, is a great place, my admiration to this hotel

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are so nice and there is so much space. The food and drinks at the bar were incredible and the staff are so helpful and kind. Specifically, Yoselin and Amed who helped me check in with my dog and made sure both of us were accommodated throughout our stay.

The pool/bar area is pretty cool, drinks are good. Makes you feel like you are at the beach even though it’s 30 min away! Worth every penny.
