Great place in Valladolid Yucatan, this is a really cool hotel, nice design, it was a joy to stay on it, the owner and the service on the hotel is excellent, the pool area is very nice, the food is great, has parking and the rooms are very comfortable

the hotel is located around 10 min away from the central area which is okay, no big deal. the problem was with dogs barking all night long as well as a rooster crowing non stop. there were no bath towels in the room which i only saw later at night so i had to go to the reception and ask for them. breakfast was the worst experience - the waiters ignored us as we were sitting at our table that wasn’t even cleaned. i guess that’s because they don’t get tips for it.

The hotel itself is very nice - clean and stylish, the location is ok (10 min walk from the city center), but not all staff are nice. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel parking was full. A person on the desk who hardly spoke English send us to a private parking, but did not explain where it was located. We spent 30 min to find it. It is not marked on the google maps, there is no plan in the hotel, there was nobody to accompany us. At the end we have to walk with our heavy baggage on the broken roads to our hotel in the nigh. The breakfast - two tiny pancakes - does not correspond to the price of the hotel.

Lovely place, good location, yes you have to walk a little to the city centre, but don't be lazy and enjoy the beautiful walk via the convent! The bar outside is also great and the staff very helpful. Breakfast a little simple but a lighter breaky one day in Mexico doesn't hurt one's stomach.

Free breakfast is more like a free snack, and it’s a little further out from the city center which is beautiful (not too bad of a walk though). Had bikes for us to rent and go to the cenotes with, were hospitable, did us a couple favors that we really appreciated, and the rooms were well kept! Really recommend this place

The hotel is beautiful, with rooms nicely decorated. The location is ok, not too far from the centre. However, the service could be much improved. We had several problems during the booking, and the team wasn't able to support smoothly. We had to spend more than 2 hours on the phone. We expected them to say sorry when we arrived to the hotel, and offer us a drink, but nothing at all. The breakfast service could also be improved. I chose fruit and yogurt for breakfast as I have a bread intolerance, and they said that they could only serve a couple of spoons of yogurt. Really? After I paid $80 usd for a bedroom? This place has potential but the management really needs to focus on better customer service. Overall, I'd not recommend this hotel to a friend. Beautiful rooms, but the experience is really ruined by lots of small things that do not work well.

This hotel would be acceptable if it weren't for the terrible policies. The breakfast was not included for the children because "they didn't pay" although they are on the reservation. The breakfast for adults is 2 small pancakes or bread slices and a couple chunks of fruit equivalent to 1/4 of an apple. They try to upsell their other breakfasts. It seems like they try to starve you so that you buy their breakfasts. Breakfast requires a reservation the day prior and in some cases takes 30 plus minutes to serve, which is inconvenient when you're traveling and simply want to get up and go. The hot water is turned off half the day and you have to request they turn it on. In one of our two rooms the hot water was always off or not working. The TV in our room never worked. The staff was average in friendliness and service. Rooms seemed a bit dirty looking but it might have just been the style that gave the appearance of dirtiness. The pool water looked dirty so we didn't try it.

Would've given a 3-star rating but since it's in the middle of Valladolid of Mexico and not a touristy place at all, it's actually pretty good. Breakfast was great, but during our stay of 4 days the breakfast was the same every single day. Very disappointing! No extra towels were available either. It's a very new hotel, they might have some things to add and learn. But all in all compared to other hotels (I've heard) I can still very much recommend them! We enjoyed our stay.
