★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagoon is huge so easy to spread out and not be too close to people. Great running/walking track around lagoon. Good fitness area. Can kayak and paddle board in the lagoon too. Good location with eating places and Walmart nearby.
However, now I'll update that buildings are getting old. Elevators often out of order, water comes inside hallways when it rains so super slippery slow internet and finally many areas outside of apartments smell like sewage :(
They also must have another place taking care of the lagoon now because it has had a lot of green algae areas which isn't good. You can see one area in my picture. It didn't used to be like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments with a huge pool/lagoon. The guard at the pool entrance was kind of rude and the lagoon part of the pool wasn't the cleanest, but I think that is due to the massive size.
Overall a nice place & would go back.
Nice area to walk around the lagoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very secure, good location. As it’s easy to rent a car in Cancun. They have here good fresh apartments and nice lagoon that is available. Gym isn’t working because of quarantine. I felt safe and very welcomed during my staying.
