This Hotel “We” IS NOT worth the money that you pay. A total nightmare the night that I spend there: I found a dirty underwear in the bed under the cover, I immediately talked to the front desk, they transferred me to another room that was full of hairs all over the place, my night was totally ruined. Looks like they never clean the rooms there. Stay away from this place!

Has a good location, however the people at the reception don't have any customer service training (they were behaving like they don't get paid for their job) one of them (a man) even had a bully attitude towards me when I was clarifying something with the woman I was checking in. The guy that saved my stay was the one that offered me a room farther from the elevator. Those rooms are horrible! Too close to the elevators. The food restaurant is awful and overpriced.

This is the worst stay for me in Mexico city, none of the staff can speak english and not friendly too! In the first night we were asking for utensils like spoon and plate, we called for 3-4 times, waiting for an hour and ended up they said its not possible, we have to pay and eat at the restaurant, while the restaurant looks not tempting. While checked out since our flight is at the 8pm, we were asking for late check out, they said its not possible, we were asking thats fine if there’s an additional charge, but still they said not possible. This hotel really lack of hospitality. Will never ever back to this hotel ??

Me and my family needed a place to stay last minute they were able to provide us with the rooms that we needed it without a reservation. service was quick, prompt, professional and the rooms were really clean. They even had a free pick up and drop off airport service. Thank you We Hotel.

Very good option near MEX airport. If you don't have too much luggage it's 10 minutes walk from T1. The street next to hotel is very (!) busy, but the windows are well soundproofed. Room was spacious and clean. Also whole hotel very clean. Overall good value for money. Around hotel many restaurants, cafes and Oxxo supermarket.

I called to make a reservation at We Hotel the morning I was hoping to stay at the hotel. In the evening when I arrived to the airport I saw that my flight was delayed, and I would have to cancel the reservation because I was no longer going to be staying the night in Mexico City. On the phone I was rudely spoken to, and told that it was impossible to cancel the reservation, as they had already charged my card. When I eventually spoke with management they flatly refused to make any reimbursement. This total lack of flexibility and empathy seems incredulous to me in the service industry.. It is clearly not my fault that my flight got delayed.. The ethical thing to do is return the money, however apparently in We Hotel, client satisfaction is not a priority. I will never go back here.

My spouse and I spent 1 night here prior to our flight. The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. The beds weren’t comfortable and the bar/restaurant had more to be desired- but Uber eats does deliver to this location. Overall it’s what you would expect for a hotel that’s this close to the airport (10-15 minute walk). It gets the job done, but not somewhere for a lengthy stay.

There is no way this hotel is 4 stars, it’s not. I would give it 2 and a half. Rooms are clean. But there is always something missing. They didn’t have the coffee maker in my room. Very little personal actually speaks English. Most of the staff is not friendly and constantly try to pick at you, however I did like two of the guys, forgot the names, but they were nice. There is no black tea for some reason. They have issues with accepting USD.
