Horrible experience / tourist trap. The tour proposed by Mario and his team is quite simply a scam in due form: The half day includes lunch, a quad ride (ATV) and the discovery of the cenotes. The day begins with a mini bus arriving late and crowded, the other passengers are not wearing masks. Once there, we are literally parked like cattle. It's crowded, it's noisy and you spend more time waiting than enjoying the activities. We are finally explained some safety rules but above all that the telephone, GoPro and other cameras are prohibited on site: indeed a person follows us during the day to take pictures of us and make us pay for them at the end. We go to a cenote where there are diving boards and zip lines. The cenote is not worth the detour. We then do the quad tour, it barely lasts 20 minutes and it is exactly the same route we did just before to go to the cenote, it sucks there is nothing to discover. There is a paved part and a dirt path. Return to the main site where we discover another pretty but overexploited cenote. We are finally offered to eat, it is 6 p.m. There are 3 different meals, the portions are small, it's bad and to fill it all up it's cold. If you have time and money to spare, go for it otherwise go your way.

SCAM - AVOID THIS PLACE. The worst experience I have had in my life as a tourist. The guy at the front desk totally ripped us off. We paid $70 (1400 pesos) for a supposedly small group tour to Isla Mujeres including a continental breakfast and lunch buffet, a stop at the "glass museum" before getting to the island, open premium bar, snorkeling, parasailing, and a bike tour. In reality: breakfast consisted of grabbing as many cookies as you could from a jar and coffee before getting cattled onto this massive boat with several other tour groups around 200 people total (they didn't even have enough chairs), cheap brand liquor, snorkeling tour was only 20 min in the water, no parasailing or glass museum, and all the other activities including the bike tours were fully booked with limited spaces. In addition, all activities (e.g. snorkeling, golf cart tour, ATV, etc.) were overlapping in time so you essentially could only participate in one. All in all, it was poorly organized, tour was misrepresented, and felt like everything was rushed.

Good times. Gerardo was a welcoming, capable and helpful resource for booking fishing and snorkel. A bit hot though but what can you do

We were greeted our first day in Puerto Morelos by Norberto Silva. He was the kindest and most helpful person. He explained all the tours the company offered. In a weeks time we did the ATV/Cenotes tour at Kin-Ha. As well as 2 days of snorkeling. We have plans to return and will do Isla de Mujeres. But really a huge shout out to Norberto. He treated us like family!! And we thank him. Lisa and Dave H from Tampa ??

Highly recommended! My husband and I ended up getting two tours from them - one to cenotes at Kin-ha eco park, and another one to Isla Mujeres. Gerardo, Rufino and Maria were super nice, friendly, and reliable. They really care about their customers, and they made sure we had a good time during our vacation. Also, their prices are much lower than those we saw on the Internet. They speak English and Spanish (and were very supportive when we tried to practice our Spanish with them). Muchas gracias!

Alberto helped us book our trip (tulum, Coba, and cenotes) but did not provide us with all of the information. We arrived at the cenotes to be informed that we couldn’t go in unless we paid for life jackets. Then at Coba there was not enough time to go all the way to the temple unless we paid for bikes. It was all very rushed. For an $85 USD per person tour (and we had 10 people) everything should be included. They should have paid for everything that is required for the tour and not left us with being unable to even participate in parts of it. We asked to just go home at one point because everyone from 2 different busses on the tour were angry but we were required to finish. We went through a different company a few days later and had no hidden costs so it is specific to this company and not the fault of the locals as they tried to blame it on. It was my wedding week and this was something I really wanted to do and feel we got ripped off. Edit: I need an email address to be able to provide my PayPal info for the reimbursement.

We love Gerardo! He helped us book an adventure at Cenotes Kin-Ha and Flora Blanca as well as a snorkeling tour. He spent close to an hour helping us understand what was involved and getting us scheduled for times that worked during our vacation. He really cared about helping us appreciate the beauty of Puerto Morelos. Thank you Gerardo!
