★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable que se dediquen a vender bicicletas y las entreguen mal armadas, los frenos de mi alubike totalmente inservibles, lleve la bici para que le drenarán los frenos y me la entregaron exactamente igual. Cero recomendable.
It is unfortunate that they are dedicated to selling bicycles and they deliver them poorly assembled, the brakes of my alubike totally useless, I took the bike to have the brakes drained and they delivered it to me exactly the same. Zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo para compras en linea... te envían producto equivocado y para que te reembolsen el dinero tienes que estar insistiendo bastante y aun así se tardan hasta DOS MESES, como a mi me paso.
I don't recommend for online purchases... they send you the wrong product and for them to refund the money you have to be insisting a lot and even so it takes up to TWO MONTHS, as it happened to me.

Área de oportunidad: tener más variedad y existencia en gama baja (aunque tal vez dependa de sus proveedores)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en mi primer compra on-line. Compré un Cassette SRAM Force de 12P, aparecía en Stock. Despues de algunos días me dicen que no lo tienen y que les llega aprox en un mes. Despues de mas días, no me confirman ninguna fecha de entrega. Tuve que cancelar la compra, pedí el reembolso de esta compra el 11 de Marzo, hoy 23 de Marzo no tengo ninguna respuesta ni por whatsapp y ni por mail... Muy mal. Fue una compra de 5,599 pesos, no es cualquier cosa.
Very bad experience in my first online purchase. I bought a SRAM Force 12P Cassette, it was listed in Stock. After a few days they tell me that they don't have it and that it will arrive in about a month. After more days, they do not confirm any delivery date. I had to cancel the purchase, I requested a refund for this purchase on March 11, today March 23 I have not received any response, neither by whatsapp nor by email... Very bad. It was a purchase of 5,599 pesos, it is not anything.
