★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Ahora mismo estoy aquí en la casa Novato. La casa está asquerosa, con telarañas, tuvimos que llegar a barrer y limpiar. El señor que nos recibió es muy grosero. El agua de la alberca está muy fría y pagamos por la caldera. Llamo para reclamar y nadie me responde
 Terrible service. Right now I'm here at the Novato house. The house is filthy, with cobwebs, we had to get to sweep and clean. The gentleman who received us is very rude. The water in the pool is very cold and we pay for the boiler. I call to claim and nobody answers me

La casa bello horizonte y la verdad está muy amplia y limpia el trato del chavo que nos recibió muy atento estuvo al pendiente y nos resolvió algunos detallitos el agua bastante rica gracias a la Caldera. cabe reconocer que muy honestos olvidamos un celular y nos contaron para hacernos la entrega. Muy recomdable
Rent last weekend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rente la casa Lago en mayo 2021 y la alberca estaba muy sucia. Intentaron limpiarla con cloro y el sábado por la mañana la aspiraron pero seguía sucia. El microondas no calentaba y lo tuvieron que cambiar. El refrigerador no enfriaba. Intenté que me regresaran dinero porque yo pagué por una casa con alberca limpia y me dijeron que el agua estaba limpia y que el dueño de la casa tiene vídeos de seguridad en los que estamos utilizando la alberca y nadando, lo cual es una completa mentira, por lo que no me podían regresar dinero, pero que me ofrecían un descuento para una visita en el futuro (no voy a volver a rentar con ellos). No les recomiendo que renten con esta empresa y menos la casa Lago. Les dejo fotos de la alberca para que vean que no estaba limpia.
I rented the Lago house in May 2021 and the pool was very dirty. They tried cleaning it with bleach and on Saturday morning they vacuumed it but it was still dirty. The microwave was not heating up and they had to change it. The refrigerator did not cool. I tried to get money back because I paid for a house with a clean pool and they told me that the water was clean and that the owner of the house has security videos in which we are using the pool and swimming, which is a complete lie, so they could not return money to me, but they offered me a discount for a visit in the future (I will not rent with them again). I do not recommend that you rent with this company and even less the Lago house. I leave you photos of the pool so you can see that it was not clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quede Recién en Casa Alegría para festejar con mi Familia del 23 al 26 de Diciembre, el Trato Excelente, Puntualidad, Servicio y Calidad al 100%, muy buena ubicación y siempre al pendiente de nuestro Servicio! Hubo unos detalles de Agua y Drenaje, pero nada que opacara el Servicio!
I just stayed at Casa Alegría to celebrate with my Family from December 23 to 26, the Excellent Treatment, Punctuality, Service and 100% Quality, very good location and always on the lookout for our Service! There were some details of Water and Drainage, but nothing that overshadowed the Service!
