★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 20 horas para cargar un trailer, para que piden la unidad si aún no tienen la carga, y no soy el único, hay varios de otras empresas, y lo peor, que no hay WC ni tampoco que comer, es indignante.
More than 20 hours to load a trailer, why ask for the unit if they still don't have the load, and I'm not the only one, there are several from other companies, and the worst thing, that there is no WC or food, it's outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product, but the lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. Customer time is just a joke. Place an order... delayed. Doesn't ship on the the day agreed or the later day, even less on the 3rd ship date given.
When it finally does, its sent to the incorrect address and 45 minutes later... 3 different staff members... still on hold.
Unreal.
