★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio técnico es pésimo. Compré un electrocardiógrafo y lo llevé a reparar, un mes después aún no me habían enviado la cotización. No contestaban mis correos, era un triunfo lograr comunicarse con alguien por teléfono. La encargada de servicio parece que siempre esta de viaje de trabajo o vacaciones. De verdad Welch Allyn es una maravilla pero debería recomendar otra ubicación para la reparación o actualización de software de sus productos porque en este lugar no parecen tener ningún interés en proveer servicios. Finalmente tuve que ir a recoger mi aparato, sin reparar. Que gran decepción.
The technical service is lousy. I bought an electrocardiograph and had it repaired, a month later they still had not sent me the quote. They did not answer my emails, it was a triumph to be able to communicate with someone by phone. The service manager seems to be always on a business trip or vacation. Welch Allyn is truly wonderful, but you should recommend another location for your product repair or software update because they don't seem to have any interest in providing services at this location. Finally I had to go pick up my device, without repairing. What a great disappointment.
